Our Partners - Jeff M. Owens

Jeff M. Owens, CPA
Jeff started his audit career in 2001 with KPMG LLP in Dallas, TX. In 2005 Jeff began a two-year international assignment with KPMG in Sydney, Australia where he assisted several Fortune 100 companies with their conversions from Australian generally accepted accounting principles to international financial reporting standards. Jeff transferred back to the Dallas office in 2007 where he was promoted to manager and assigned to a Fortune 500 publicly traded client as well as several small privately-owned businesses.

In 2008 Jeff joined Nicholas & Montgomery LLP and was admitted to the partnership in 2011. He currently specializes in audit, accounting and consulting services for corporate and not-for-profit entities. Jeff has experience serving clients in several industries including oil & gas, hotel and recreation, professional services, private education, investment companies, and manufacturing. Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in 2001 and a masters degree (MSA) in accounting/finance in 2002. Jeff and his wife, Irina, have a beautiful daughter named Olivia and a chocolate lab named Woolloomooloo.
