Catherine L. Bard, CPA
Cathy worked in the tax department of Deloitte & Touche for fifteen years, the last five years as a partner in the Dallas office.  In 1992 she joined Ken Nicholas and Steven Flanagan's Dallas firm.  She provides consulting services to a variety of clients from individuals and small closely held entities to publicy traded companies.

Cathy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.  She graduated with honors from the The University of Texas at Austin with a BA (1975) and an MPA in Taxation (1977).  Cathy and her husband Howard have one daughter, Kelly.
